As isoaglutininas (anticorpos de ocorr\u00eancia natural, anti-A, anti-B, anti-AB) s\u00e3o anticorpos frios que reagem melhor a 4\u00b0 C. No entanto, tamb\u00e9m s\u00e3o reativos \u00e0 temperatura ambiente e podem reagir a 37\u00b0 C.
