A identifica\u00e7\u00e3o de anticorpos irregulares depende da configura\u00e7\u00e3o antig\u00eanica do painel de hem\u00e1cias que, em combina\u00e7\u00e3o com as caracter\u00edsticas das rea\u00e7\u00f5es obtidas, nos possibilita chegar \u00e0 defini\u00e7\u00f5es corretas.
